In the early years of my business, I kept walking into rooms that didn’t match the level I was operating at. Conversations stayed on the surface. The energy felt competitive or performative.
Along the way, I’ve learned that women who are building something to last don’t tear each other down. They don’t withhold insight. They don’t shrink in the presence of someone else’s success.

But I couldn’t find a room like that. And honestly, I let the fear of “what if no one shows up?” stop me from creating one.
After a tough year in business, I finally took the leap. What began as a small gathering of women in Boise has become one of the most fulfilling parts of my work – a growing national community of ambitious women who crave deeper dialogue, sharper strategy, and genuine support.
